Young cats abandoned

Heinsberg - On Tuesday, July 8, a woman found a white plastic Curver laundry garbage can and a light blue-grey cat bag on Karl-Arnold-Straße in a green area opposite Trinkgut and Burger King. She discovered that both containers contained two young cats that had apparently been abandoned. They are three tricolored cats and one red and white cat, which are about six months old. The animals were handed over to an animal welfare worker and cared for there as they were in a malnourished state. It is currently unclear how long the containers had been there before they were found. The criminal investigation department in Geilenkirchen is appealing for information from anyone who has made observations that could be connected to what happened or who knows where these cats came from.
